****Business Admin users may set up their own policy for no shows.
You may choose to penalize the patient with a cancellation fee when they fail to provide 24 hours of advance notice before not showing up for their appointment.
You can set the amount that will be shown (and charged in the case it's a deposit policy) to the patient in the message displayed when we collect their credit card information at the time of registration/booking. It’s the message displayed when we collect their credit card information at the time of registration/booking.
To turn cancellation fee (or deposit fee) on, make sure it’s turned on both in the LOCATIONS tab and under the desired provider’s working location in the STAFF tab:

****When the patient goes through the booking/registration process starting from the booking link, they will reach this section where they will be asked for their "Credit Card Information for deposit/cancellation fees"
There is a disclaimer showing that "there will be no charge unless there is a late cancellation or no-show."

Also, keep in mind that you can mark an appointment as a no show individually directly from the calendar, once the appointment has passed in time.
To do this, go to the Scheduling section → Open your Calendar → Select the appointment you would like to mark as no-show and click “Mark as No-show” at the bottom of the side tab:

This will automatically trigger a charge for a cancellation fee to the patient.
