This article shows the basic steps of how to reset the password of your Core EHR account.

If you need to reset your password, click on the "forgot password" tool below the credentials field:

You will be prompted to enter the e-mail you're using with your current Core EHR account so you can receive a password reset e-mail:

Once you enter your email, click "send Email" and check your inbox.

Below is what your reset password email will look like:

Click the “reset password” link and you will be redirected to a Core EHR page where you can enter your new password, and you are all set!

Reset password troubleshooting

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://go.portraitcare.com.
  2. Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
