Multi-service visits across multiple clinicians can now run as one connected visit, from booking through checkout. Patients can book multiple services in one flow, while your team manages those visits across Calendar, check-in, charting, and checkout.

Before you get started — The connected visit workflow is now available in Beta and is optional. You can turn it on yourself in your EHR whenever you're ready. Once it's on, it stays on — so turn it on when your team is ready.

Patients can book multiple services across clinicians in a single booking flow. Services can be scheduled on the same day as one grouped visit or across separate dates. If your location requires a card, the deposit is collected during booking on the Almost booked step. Patients can also select "fastest available" to find the earliest slot that fits all selected services.

Grouped visits appear together in Calendar so your team can manage the services and appointments that make up the visit. From Calendar, you can create, edit, and merge grouped visits. This lets your front desk see the complete visit across clinicians and services in one place.
A multi-clinician visit uses one merged check-in for the whole visit. The dedicated check-in screen gates the visit on required intake forms and consents before the patient is seen.
Services and clinicians across the visit are managed through one merged service record. When charting, you can save a line at 0 units and add the price later during charting.

Configuring charting (business admins) — Charting is set up at the Service Group level under My Services. Once configured, every clinician charts against the same predefined setup for that service. Set up charting for your services →
